JONATHAN GORDON

CO-FOUNDER

Jonathan Gordon has leveraged his relationships gained as the founder of 1916 Enterprises LLC, an entertainment company based in Los Angeles, to become a leading investor in real estate, venture capital, private equity and esoteric asset classes. In 2011, Gordon established 1916 Enterprises LLC; a management, publishing and TV/film & music production company. As CEO, Gordon has expanded 1916's presence to include offices in Los Angeles, NYC, and Chicago. In 2019, Gordon co-founded Rare Behavior with Alex Geringas.


ALEX GERINGAS

CO-FOUNDER

GRAMMY® Award-winner Alex Geringas,born in Moscow, Russia,is the son of world-famous cellist David Geringas and pianist Tatjana Schatz. Originally an actor, playwright and stage director by trade, Geringas studied composing in Hamburg, Germany, before starting his scoring career with “Men in the City 2,” “I’m Off Then,” and the “Hanni & Nanni” trilogy.Throughout his career, Geringas has earned 18 #1 hits worldwide, a GRAMMY Award, two Echo Awards, and an Emmy® and Annie nomination. He has worked with many popular artists, including Snoop Dogg, Kelly Clarkson, Cher, Dove Cameron, Mary Lambert,Flea (Red Hot Chillipeppers) and Jessie J.

Geringas has composed music and written themes for numerous television series, including: “Trollstopia”, “The Chicken Squad”, “Chuggington” , “Trolls: The Beat Goes On!,” “Voltron: Legendary Defender,” “Word Party,” “Fast and Furious : Spy Racers” , “Home: Adventures with Tip & Oh” and “All Hail King Julien.” On the big screen, Geringas’ credits include “Pitch Perfect 3” , “The Lego Ninjago Movie,” “Woody Woodpecker,” “Ice Age: Collision Course” and most recently he has written the Score and all Original Songs along Ryan Crego for the Netflix Animated Musical “Arlo the Alligator Boy.” He has also written themes for popular game shows “Beat Shazam” and “Sing Your Face Off”. Geringas resides in Los Angeles with his wife and two children.


DEBORAH SIEGEL

SVP BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Deborah is the SVP of Business Development for Rare Behavior. She is an accomplished strategist with strong experience in all facets of business development, marketing, management, branding and licensing. Throughout her career she has successfully developed companies, expanded teams and has been instrumental in guiding and advancing the careers of celebrities and artists. Having lived, traveled and worked worldwide for prominent companies including Sony Music France and William Morris, as well as artists such as Lenny Kravitz, Deborah has been instrumental in growing Rare Behavior as well as advising, negotiating and securing deals for the company.


JOSHUA ALBILLO

SVP OF INNOVATION & STRATEGY

Josh works hand in hand with Jonathan Gordon overseeing all businesses & subsidiaries of 1916 Enterprises LLC.  With a background in Business Management, Label Management, & Studio Management, Josh develops strategic industry partnerships procuring and brokering business development and expansion for 1916 Enterprises.  Experienced in all aspects of Entertainment Development, Josh has worked on the business management teams of; Travis Scott, Jason Derulo, Sean Love Combs, Ali Tamposi, JR Rotem, Kylie Jenner, Megan Trainor, & Steven Tyler, amongst others.  He is dedicated to ensuring high level executive and artist business wins. 


ALEXANDRA GORDON

DIGITAL

Alexandra Gordon is a freelance photographer and graphic designer in New York City. She graduated from the University of Miami where she studied Motion Pictures and Photography. Alexandra has worked for different fashion companies, production companies and a design firm before starting her own design and photo company. At Rare Behavior, Alexandra is in charge of website maintenance and social media presence.
